Spanning the commercial, community, industrial, and multi-residential sectors, our report provides a breakdown of activity, from total number of project commencements to average and total project values.
Singapore’s top 50 main contractors commenced 142 projects at a combined value of almost $28.7 billion. The top 10 firms saw over $17.1 billion in new starts, across 41 project commencements.
L&K Engineering claimed the number one position, propelled by two major high-tech industrial commencements valued at more than $4 billion combined. The Taiwan-headquartered engineering and construction specialist reflects the growing influence of semiconductor and advanced manufacturing projects across Singapore’s construction market.
